MCT has developed a range of food microcapsules based on gelatin with a diameter ranging from 0.3 to 1.5 mm, which can be dried and presented in the form of a colored powder or not. This range is mainly intended for the encapsulation of fragile or volatile ingredients, such as essential oils, oils with high levels of unsaturation, flavors, and more generally food supplements.
